At Lulani Beauty Wellness, we are committed to delivering your beauty and wellness essentials safely and efficiently to your door, anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery Partner All orders are shipped via Aramex Door-to-Door delivery, ensuring your parcel is brought directly to your specified delivery address — no collection required.

Delivery Timeframes Please allow 8–11 business days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received. Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as public holidays, Black Friday, or promotional events.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking details once dispatched.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your parcel on the Aramex website.

Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Lulani Beauty Wellness cannot be held responsible for delays due to an incorrect address.

Failed Deliveries If delivery is unsuccessful, Aramex will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery costs due to incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Parcels Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@lulanibeauty.co.za with your order number and photos of any damage.
